Professional identity formation of law students ideally encompasses both development the necessary attributes lawyers as well a robust philosophy to inform character their engagement with justice system throughout career. Susan Brooks’ Wholehearted Lawyering teaching principles and practices provide sound basis for developing complex core personal, interpersonal, relational skills maximise constructive interactions within legal system. Vulnerability Theory Therapeutic Jurisprudence too, guide students’ lawyers’ purposeful system, particularly facilitate greater access through resilience-building therapeutic contributions impacts.
